Hello. Has anyone heard from this store in the past 10 days or so? I placed an order 10 days ago to the US, have not received tracking information and all my emails, messages to them via their eBay store, and even the Paypal dispute I started in hopes of receiving an answer have remained unanswered.
If you have ordered from them in the past is it normal for them not to communicate for extended periods of time or should I worry now?
